- Never trust Google Maps to give you a current look on what any property looks like. Often times Google Maps is 3+ years outdated (as you can see from the example above).
- You need a company like Wayne County Auction Services who will guarantee that you are bidding on a decent home that is not degraded, not a former drug abandon house, not burnt down or ready for demolition etc. Again, the house that you are potentially bidding on may look nice on Google, but you have no idea what you getting into unless you have someone on the ground inspecting, photographing and videotaping your interest. Our photos and videos may also be used to secure your insurance interest on the property you win as well with your insurance company.
